Being only 5 weeks in to a new organisation and a slight career change (still using TA as the core but applying the principals very differently) there have been many challenges. Going from being the subject matter expert and "go to" person in my previous role to a newbie is hard! It's an incredibly vulnerable time and I'm experiencing all of the usual emotions as I travel through the new job change curve but I have an amazingly supportive team and manager and it helps immensely to know that they are there!
