Trying to support with a ticket that is tricky or you have not seen before. We support over 100 clients ATS systems at eArcu. On the knowledge team we use a ticketing system to communicate with our clients. There is a range of different tickets that can come in. Every day is different and you don't know what will be on the next ticket but that keeps the role existing! Its great when the ticket is solved and the client is happy.
