Admin: insider profile is ready to be reviewed and published, insider response requires moderation (text or video), weekly digest, unanswered question reminders

Insider: invited to complete insider profile, automated question when profile is validated, questions asked to the insider (or group they belong to - e.g. all finance insiders), video question is assigned to insider, admin re-assigned a question to the insider, insider is tagged in a discussion, comment on insider’s response, live chat event commencing in 10 mins

Candidate: insider answers their question, talent re-engagement emails, invited to subscribe to a live chat, password reset
