What are some of the challenges of implementing EC for a customer?

Sorry this question has sat unanswered for so long!
Two main things spring to mind -
1. EC isn't a very configurable platform, the settings are mostly plug & play with little wiggle room. This can be tough when a client is used to the flexibility of Clinch. I remind customers that they are two separate platforms, and we'll take their feedback on board for future development consideration.
2. The key to EC's success is promotion and making sure that plenty of candidates are visiting the platform, as only about 1 in 10 visitors will ask a question. It's important to continue to remind customers that they should be promoting the platform across multiple channels as often as possible, not just at go-live.
