Diversity? Well, we've got all sorts of folks at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. There's me, Homer Simpson, and, uh, other people too. We come in all shapes and sizes, especially if you count the donut shapes. Our culture is like a big, weird family reunion. We're diverse in our own, um, special way. Just remember, we're all united by the common goal of surviving another day of work. And donuts. Definitely donuts.
