A typical day as a Technical Customer Success Manager is a blend of proactive customer engagement, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. I usually start the day by reviewing customer tickets within Zendesk, checking for any open issues and prioritising urgent requests. Throughout the day I will have customer meetings to discuss various topics such as: product adoption, integration set-ups, SSO configuration or any technical issues.
