1. Prepare ahead of time, do some research to find out what you can about the company and think about some responses to common interview questions.
2. Be yourself! Everyone should be their authentic selves at work, and that starts with feeling comfortable to let your personality shine through at an interview.
3. Ask questions of your own - you want to make sure this company is a good fit for you.
